At Audio Uprising, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and unwashed.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
